• Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of the tennis courts, the tennis reception, surrounding facility and other areas deemed to be part of the Pavilion Marina and Sports Club when directed by the managers of the Pavilion Marina and Sports Club and the PBI professionals. 
• Ensure administrative duties at the tennis office, e.g., Reservation, registration, telephone calls, as well as assisting in the billing procedures as and when directed by PMSC managers or the PBI professionals. 
• Ensure welcoming, and assisting of the guests to the courts, as well as providing both dry towels before their game and cold towels upon completion of their game. 
• To assist the PBI professionals in group and individual lessons as and when required. This may include collecting balls, playing with students, or assisting with group organization. 
• To assist in the preparation of all tournaments, clinics or other events held at the tennis facility. 
• To assist with any guest services that may be added to the programme such as restringing or re-gripping racquets. 
• To set up the tennis ball machine for guest/member use hit with a member or guest whenever directed by the PBI professionals. 
• To represent the JBH tennis team in any Mens league when necessary. 
• Be aware of Fire & Safety regulations along with Evacuation procedures of Jumeirah Beach Hotel. 
• Follow the Lost & Found procedure for the Pavilion. Take any items found at the tennis courts to the Pavilion Reception desk. The item will be logged in and then should be taken to Security for holding. 
• Ensure that you report to work on time and properly dressed. If for some reason you cannot make your shift, you will need to call either the Manager, Pavilion reception or one of the PBI Professionals. 
• Assist any other departments within the resort and undertake any other duties as and when required by hotel management.

About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 1 year experience in similar role in a multi-cultural / 5-star hotel environment, restaurant or operations.
• Relevant qualification in health and fitness are highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Additional language would be an advantage
