Job Description

Position SummaryThe Specialist - Recruitment is responsible to support in the fair sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates as part of the overall recruitment process in line with HCTs recruitment plans and sourcing approach and with the aim to recruit the right competencies to the right jobs within HCT.?Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Must be a bilingual (Arabic and English Speaker)
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Recruitment. ?
