Description This Lead functional role sees the Temenos Lead Business Analyst leading Temenos projects across all analysis and business solution aspects, working closely with BAs and other stake holder.nnLBA coordinates, leads, and participates in requirement gathering and manages and conducts workshops for the project.nnThis role may also be extended to be a Project lead involving managing a small team of business analysts and system architects in a program l delivery model setup.Skills Skills required:nOn hands experience with Temenos software, understanding T24 configurationsnGood understanding of banking finance business processes, best practices and industry trendsnParticipated in a large business transformation programnAbility to develop quality specificationsnAbility to operate under pressure and deal with ambiguitynStrong analytical skills, organized, process driven and detail-oriented.nExperience in writing functional software specification.Responsibilities Responsibilities:nParticipate in client requirements and identify any gapsnAnalyze client business requirements and produce the functional document for addressing the requirementsnWork in close co-operation with product owners on solutionsnDefine business processes and data flowsnDefine data mappings and targets for automationnDevelop test cases and expected results based on the application requirementsnValidate proposed solutions meet the business requirements
