About the Role:MBC Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in JLT. The ideal candidate will have prior telesales or customer calling experience in the UAE (real estate industry preferred) and will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, explaining property options, and scheduling meetings with our sales team.Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients• Explain available properties and investment opportunities• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team• Maintain accurate records of client interactions• Achieve daily and monthly call targetsRequirements:• Experience in telesales/customer calling (real estate preferred)• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Positive and target-driven attitude• Preferred languages: Hindi, Urdu, English• Currently in UAE and ready to join immediately (preferred)What We Offer:– Fixed salary– Supportive and employee-centric environment– Career growth within the real estate sector– Office located in JLT
