Key Responsibilities of the Telephone Operator:-Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard.-Places outgoing calls-Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.-Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.-Provides information about hotel services to guests.-Understand the telephone operator board.-Provides paging services for hotel guests and employees.-Experience in handling Room Service calls is a plus.Requirements of the Telephone Operator:-Experience in guest relations beneficial but not essential-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms-Strong communication skillsYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
