We require a Materials Engineer for our Asphalt Plants with the following qualifications and experience:Education:· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Experience:· Minimum 10 years of experience in asphalt materials and mix designs.Technical Expertise:· Extensive knowledge of asphalt mix designs, including Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB).· Proficient in testing raw materials such as aggregate, bitumen, PMB, and fillers.· Familiar with compiling material submittals and obtaining approvals from various clients.· Strong understanding of local authority requirements in and around Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.Key Responsibilities:· Overseeing material quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications.· Conducting and verifying asphalt mix designs to optimize performance.· Monitoring cold bin and hot bin gradations for efficient plant operations.· Coordinating with paving teams to address asphalt mix-related concerns.· Ensuring timely approvals and documentation for material submittals.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
