Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (DAX, Power Query).Automate data workflows and processes for efficiency and accuracy.Extract insights and trends to support healthcare KPIs or ERP-related analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present findings clearly.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards.Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making processes.Requirements:2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI (DAX, Power Query).Experience in data cleaning, analysis, and automation.Ability to create dashboards and visualizations for healthcare KPIs.Analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights clearly.Experience with healthcare data or ERP systems preferred.
