Description: As a Telemarketing Caller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, engage with them, and promote the products or services offered by our organization. Your target will be to complete a minimum of 50 calls per day. The successful execution of your role will contribute to the companys growth and sales goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Make a minimum of 70 to 100 outbound calls per day to potential customers from provided contact lists.2. Introduce our products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.3. Actively listen to customers needs, answer their questions, and address any concerns they may have.4. Effectively communicate our value proposition to generate interest and curiosity.5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of call outcomes, customer information, and follow-up actions using our CRM software.6. Qualify leads and identify prospects who have a genuine interest in our offerings.7. Set up appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with interested prospects.8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a consistent message.9. Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.10. Adhere to all telemarketing regulations and company policies.Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.2. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.3. Adept at active listening and demonstrating empathy towards customers.4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.5. Self-motivated and able to work independently.6. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.7. Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.8. Graduation or equivalent additional education or relevant certifications are advantageous.9. Results-oriented with a desire to meet or exceed daily call targets.10. Punctual and dependable.11.
