We are seeking a proactive Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients for accounting, audit, and related professional services. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, articulate, and possess a basic understanding of accounting concepts.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company servicesGenerate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clientsMaintain and update the client database accuratelyAssist in preparing sales proposals and scheduling client meetingsExplain accounting and audit services clearly and professionallyMeet monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings, and closuresCoordinate with business development and accounting teams for smooth client onboardingRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field1–2 years of experience in tele calling or sales, preferably within accounting, audit, or professional servicesStrong understanding of basic accounting conceptsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
