Reservoir Technical ServicesDo you enjoy being part of a successful team?Are you a leader looking for a new opportunity?Join our Team!Our reservoir technical services (RTS) provide the subsurface intelligence, technical ingenuity, and experience to develop strategies that improve performance, production, and profits across the life of your asset.Partner with the bestThe role is expected to bring head the RTS Product Line in the MENATI Region.As the Technical Sales Manager (UAE, Oman, Yemen, Pakistan), you will be responsible for:

  • Be a focal point and responsible for RTS technical sales activities, processes and business growth plans in UAE, Oman, Yemen, Pakistan.
  • Focusing on delivering the value proposition of various Baker Hughes services through helping our customers to advance reservoir performance and find smarter ways to improve their assets.
  • Support all Oilfield Services product lines in UAE, Oman, Yemen, Pakistan
  • Acting as RTS-centric focal point, and builds and develops technical and commercial business relationships with clients from an early engagement stage to award. Provide adequate technical and commercial due diligence support for tenders and proposals.
  • Recognizing customer challenges, propose and recommend solutions that contain RTSs advisory services, higher value generating solutions, including cross-product line collaboration, for both the customer and BH
  • Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Have minimum of 15+ years of experience in Geoscience or petroleum engineering
  • Have strong experience of technology portfolio across Oil Field Services
  • Demonstrate good experience in sales & commercial
  • Know full processes related to Deal Machine
  • Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate teaming skills to work across various internal and external organizations
