Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Technical Recruiter to play the following roles...

Creating job descriptions and job postings;
Selecting candidates and pre-screening;
Potential communication with the client in regards to requirements and feedback;
Taking part in job offer preparation;
Supporting the candidate during the interview and hiring processes & Onboard new hires

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in IT recruitment;
In-depth knowledge of IT sphere, technologies, and specialists;
Candidates searching experience, knowledge of the corresponding platforms;
Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, providing feedback;
Experience with recruitment databases;
Good command of English (Advanced at least: all internal communication is in English).
