Technical Project EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Review architectural and structural drawings for feasibility and adherence to construction standards.•Prepare detailed shop drawings, plans, and specifications.•Evaluate construction methods and materials.•Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.•Perform calculations and analysis related to structural integrity, building codes, and environmental impact.•Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and stakeholders.•Document project progress, technical changes, and issues for reporting and future reference.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Masters in Structural Engineering preferred).•7-8 years of experience in both pre-tender and post-tender phases.•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
