What You Will DoAs a Technical Product Manager / Product Analyst at Paymennt.com, you will be instrumental in developing our technical product solutions.   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed technical product requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure a deep understanding of technical aspects.
System Diagrams:
  • Create system diagrams and flowcharts to illustrate technical processes and product architecture.
  • Translate technical requirements into visual representations for clear communication.
Data Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth product data analysis to derive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to assess product performance and user behavior.
Product Development Support:
  • Assist development teams in understanding and implementing technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to address technical challenges and ensure alignment with product goals.
Collaboration with Product Team:
  • Work closely with the broader product team to ensure technical requirements align with overall product strategy.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies as a key contributor.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Contribute to UAT processes, ensuring technical aspects are thoroughly tested.
  • Provide feedback and coordinate with the QA team for technical testing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical product management or product analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating technical diagrams and documentation (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io).
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
