As a leading player in our industry, we are seeking a motivated all rounded Intern to join our team.: We are offering a challenging and rewarding internship opportunity in the field of marketing, sales, and operations. As an intern, you will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop essential skills in various areas, including ERP/CRM system utilization, market research, and data entry. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the marketing and sales processes within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and utilizing the ERP/CRM system effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, customer preferences and others.
• Support the marketing team in developing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist with the distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Aid in analyzing marketing and sales data, generating reports, and presenting insights to the team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and projects, actively contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Engineering, or a Sustainability-related degree program (or recently graduated).
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, operations, and sustainability with a passion for disruptive products and innovative solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A Certification or Accreditation related to building performance, sustainability, or resilience such as Certified Commissioning Authority, Certified Energy Manager, WELL AP, or in Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design AP.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as LEED, WELL, Estidama, SAFAAT, etc.
• Demonstrated foundational understanding of concepts related to sustainability, operational/embodied carbon, climate change, resilience, lifecycle costs, distributed energy resources, social equity, and environmental justice issues in the built environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills to communicate work in a clear, concise, and logical format.
