About Quooker:Quooker is a company from the Netherlands that manufactures an integrated water system that offers filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water all from one tap. The Quooker story started in 1970 with Henri Peteri and his invention of the worlds first boiling water tap. Today Quooker holds over 200 patents and is available in more than 13 countries, employing over 600 people globally.All products are manufactured at the Quooker factory in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands.Your assignment:To enhance and maintain the operational efficiency and customer experience of Quooker Emirates, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Service and Operations Manager. An ideal candidate will bring a blend of process-oriented thinking, analytical prowess, and exceptional interpersonal skills.Your Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring the service team consistently delivers high-performance standards efficiently. Establish open communication lines across departments, facilitating seamless organizational synergy.Design, implement, and refine quality assurance operational procedures.Continuously improve organizational processes to bolster efficiency and internal capacity.Steer strategic and operational objectives towards fruition.Collate and analyze operational data to meet productivity targets, eliminate errors, and ensure stellar customer service.Collaborate with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance in all operational facets.Lead project management tasks and occasionally spearhead on-site operations.Monitor and adjust product stock levels, ensuring inventory is well-maintained.Stock forecasting Oversee warehouse operations, promoting efficiency and safety.Draft and execute long-term strategic plans that align with the companys overarching goals.Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and devise solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.Engage directly with customers, including making calls when required, to address and resolve any concerns or queries.About You:Hold a Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.Bring 4+ years of proven experience in operations management or project management.Data driven - extremely efficient at understanding how data analysis and collection can impact and improve the businessWell-versed with business software, Microsoft Office, and have an aptitude for new software adoption, especially ERP and CRM systems.Solutions-focused with an unwavering commitment to quality.Naturally service-oriented, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to dynamic situations.Process-driven with a keen eye for procedural refinement.Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Proactive in approach, always looking for solutions and better methodologies.Adept at handling both B2B and B2C communications over the phone.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Full-time availability is a must. Currently residing in Dubai.
