Job Position – Technical ManagerCompany Name – Green Oasis General ContractingLocation – UAESeeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead all technical, design, and authority coordination for major UAE infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Review IFC drawings and resolve design gaps and clashes.Manage NOCs, permits, and authority submissions (RTA, DM, DEWA, DDA, Tecom, Empower, Etisalat/DU, Trakhees).Oversee shop drawings, composite layouts, and as-built documentation.Maintain technical logs and ensure correct document control.Provide solutions for technical issues and guide engineering teams.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.10+ years technical experience in UAE infrastructure projects.Strong authority knowledge and design coordination skills.
