Seeking a Mechanical Technical Engineer with at least 8 years of main contracting experience in the UAE, with demonstrated involvement in high-rise building projects. The role involves overseeing mechanical works, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.Key Responsibilities: Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and scope of work.Coordinate mechanical installation activities on-site.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, and plumbing.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical solutions.Collaborate with project teams, clients, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.Prepare technical reports and project documentation.Ensure all works comply with UAE codes and standards.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in main contracting within the UAE.Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and standards.Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
