The Candidate shall demonstrate an ability to work in a multicultural environment.She/He will report functionally to to Technical coordination pole Manager and operationally to the Technical Design Lead (Based in France).?Manage a coordination team (around 2 to 5 staff)?Ensure the quality of the delivery and the consistency across the different design team.?Ensure in coordination with the Production lead, of the timely delivery?Guide and arbitrate on the technical solutions presented by the production team with the support of the Technical Design Lead?Ensure the collaboration between the production team with the sub lot management and other Engineering centers working on the project.?Animation of the coordination meeting with the support of his/her team.PROFILE:?Degree holder in Civil Engineering Master degree?Minimum 10 years of experience?Technical Skills: Power BI, Excel, Office 365, Bentley software Navigator?Linear Infrastructure and/or Railway projects.Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.
