About the Role:?AutoCAD ? Ability to modify architectural & layouts accurately.?SketchUp or 3Ds Max ? Comfortable creating 3D models with accurate materials and dimensions.? Understanding ? Basic knowledge of power, lighting, ventilation, and minor plumbing layouts.?Advanced Excel ? Experience in BOQ preparation, supplier documentation, and price tracking.?Presentation & Documentation ? Ability to prepare project reports and design documentation.?Detail-Oriented ? Ensures technical accuracy in layouts and BOQs.?Strong Research Skills ? Can find and suggest real-world furniture and decor that fit within design constraints.?Problem-Solving Ability ? Able to adjust designs based on site conditions or unexpected project needs.?Team Collaboration ? Works closely with PMs, suppliers, engineers, and site teams.?Communication ? Can explain design choices and revisions to PM team and clients.?3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, interior layout design, or technical coordination.?80% office-based and 20% site-based, requiring a mix of technical precision, design collaboration, and site assessment skills.
