Manage Federal Regulations complaince for Aftron products for all the market. Coordinate with 12 Outsourced Franchisee and Call Centre for After sales service of Aftron products.What you will do:-Description of Accountability:Manage a service calls of average 500 per month.12 Out-sourced Service franchisee . Ensure calls are managed effectively and TAT is within 48 hrs.Manage regular delivery of spares on daily basis for 25-30 calls. Manage spare support for Export customers.Product evaluation, Corrective actions for failure reported. Manage technical support for Aftron Products in UAE , Oman , Qatar, Bahrain and other Re-export markets.Compensation for Panel defects / Beyond economical repairs.Regular Basis. Ensure no products are without Valid certificate.Required Skills to be successful:-Commercial knowledgeSupply Chain experienceMs Office and Computer skills.Technical knowledge about the products and Technology, Commercial knowledge, Federal regulation knowledge.What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor Degree (Engineering degree preferred)
  • 5-6 years? experience in similar field
