• Collaborate with maintenance teams and external contractors to schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations.• Create detailed inspection reports with photographs, descriptions of issues, and recommended actions.• Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, repairs, and inspection findings.• Carry out detailed inspections of all facilities and properties against any irregularity.• Create violation notices, review with facility supervisor, send all notices to operations team, and follow up for rectifications.• Ensure that the facility adheres to relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.• Monitor compliance with building codes and industry-specific regulations.• Implement corrective actions to address compliance gaps.• Ensure that equipment and systems are functioning optimally and efficiently.• Provide guidance to staff regarding facility maintenance best practices, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.• Maintain effective communication with facility managers, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders.• Relay inspection findings, maintenance updates, and improvement recommendations.Skills:Driving LicenceAutoCAD & Design drawings reviewMS WindowsKnowledge of CAFMQualification:Diploma / Degree in Mechanical EngineeringDiploma / Degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience:Minimum 5 years in FM industry/ Consultancy
