This role is specifically designed to interact with customer that experience technical issues. A very knowledgeable role in terms of technical issues to resolve and fix with proper diagnosis. About You:The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum Experience of at least 5 years as a Diagnostic Master Technician in the automotive industry or similar role.
  • A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is absolutely essential for this role and be able to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
  • Fluency in both the Arabic and English language is imperative for these positions.
