Report to the Service Manager of workshop load, customer concerns, technician's attendanceand other relevant matters to the job role.? Carry out the quality control inspection.? Asses the improvement of technician's performance after they undergo training.? Attend to customer's concern and resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others whenneeded.? Provide advice and technical assistance to his team related to car technical issues.? Direct his team in handling day to day problems and issues to operate efficiently and exceedcustomer needs.? Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.? Perform other reasonable activities from time to time.
