Job Description

We are looking to hire a Team Lead for our Value Added Services team. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the VAS team members` performance through KPIs and Targets (quantity & revenue target). You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing B2B solution providers and building new partnerships with B2B prospects.Our TeamsBayut & dubizzle have the unique distinction of being iconic, homegrown brands with a strong presence across the seven emirates in the UAE. The individual needs to demonstrate initiative, great attention to detail and have a proven ability to work in a fast paced, high performing team.Your Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
    • Proper monitoring & following up of each team member by giving frequent feedback.
    • Identifying a growth plan(1-3-9 months) for each team member & the relevant actions (rewards or replacement) to be taken based on the success of the growth plan.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Analyzing the big picture & setting the priorities with the Head of the Department.
  • Client & Prospect Management:
    • Visiting existing B2B clients once a month.
    • Having a list of targeted prospects and visiting each of them twice a month.
    • Preparing a key account action plan for each existing B2B client.
  • Maintaining open & transparent communication style for both internal & external (B2B) clients.
  • Reporting:
    • Providing the BI team with business needs and have them prepare proper reports.
    • Reporting daily KPI results to HOD & identifying improvement points.
