Teaching AssistantJob Location : UAE:?Provide individualized support to children, ensuring effective communication within the nursery team.?Support teachers in preparing activities that cater to childrens unique needs.?Ensure childrens safety and facilitate their physical, emotional, and educational development.?Help children become familiar with the nursery environment, fostering confidence and a sense of security.?Assist with childrens basic care needs, including toiletry and meal times.?Maintain confidentiality within the nursery setting.?Manage childrens behavior positively and consistently.?Prepare, maintain, and clean playrooms and equipment.?Support new staff members by being a good role model and helping them integrate into the nursery team.?Supervise meals and mealtimes, as well as prepare babies bottles when necessary.?Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.?Attend staff meetings as arranged by the nursery manager.?Participate in promotional events, open weekends, and childrens outings.Requirements :?Minimum High School Diploma or Cache Level 2 qualification.?Attested diploma or qualification certificate.?At least one to two years of experience as a teaching assistant in a nursery or school setting, either locally or internationally.?A genuine passion for working with children
