Teaching AssistantJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to students.?Provide one-on-one and group support to secondary-level students, particularly those with special education needs.?Support the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the teaching staff.?Help manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.?Monitor and report on student progress to the teacher and parents as needed.?Collaborate with staff to adapt teaching materials to meet diverse student needs.?Encourage social and emotional development in students.Requirements:?A degree in Special Education or a related field is mandatory.?Experience working with secondary-level students, particularly those with special education needs.?Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.?A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.?Familiarity with Cambridge curriculum is a plus but not mandatory.
