We are seeking dynamic and committed Teacher to join our family. Teacher will be responsible to home school our two young boys (10 and 8 Years). We want individualized learning that focuses on mastering skills to encourage inquiry-based learning. Establishing the foundation for lifelong learning is at our family?s forefront.o To plan and structure individual learning experiences, including curriculum mapping, schemes of work and lesson planso Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individual needs of the students in line with the PLB/IB o To monitor, record and report student progress and attainment at regular intervals in liaison with other Teacherso Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that the student can see success and improvement. o Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledgeo Maintain a comprehensive and ongoing portfolio assessment for each child, including weekly observations in each area.o Guide childrens acquisition of social skillso Works with other Teachers to develop the skills and abilities of the childo Assist in implementing childrens I.E.P. (Individual Education Plan) seeking clarification for any aspects that are not well understood. o To review the learning process with learners, within the education setupo Keep tracking and reporting documents up to date as required by the reporting cycleo To select and develop resources to ensure well-prepared, interesting and relevant learningo Facilitate thinking, growth, and engagement Requirements..
