Tax AccountantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Prepare and file monthly VAT returns in a timely manner.?Account for, file, and ensure compliance with corporate tax requirements, including supporting corporate tax and VAT audits.?Record transactions accurately and in a timely manner in the companys financial ledgers.?Efficiently reconcile financial transactions and balances in the company records with supporting documentation.?Maintain compliance with company policies in the assigned area, proactively seeking solutions to issues faced.?Balance sheet account reconciliations and follow-ups.?Timely accounting and reconciliation of inter-company transactions.?Fixed Asset Capitalization and verification in coordination with the operation team.?Inventory control initiatives, including physical verification.?Month-End Closing Activities - TB Uploads, Consolidation, Tagetik, etc.?Contribute as an effective team player to deliver accurate accounting information in a timely manner.Candidate Requirements:?Graduated in Accounting/Commerce with good relevant accounting knowledge and 2-3 years of work experience.?Prior experience in UAE tax laws will be an added advantage.?Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with good communication skills (verbal & written).?Must be reliable, dedicated, and flexible to work additional hours/weekends as business requires.?Willing to accept additional assignments.
