Talent RecruiterJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.•Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.•Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.•Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate status.Key Requirements:•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.•Bachelor’s degree, attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).•Strong recruitment experience and knowledge of the construction sector.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
