What you will be doing:
  • Assist Talent & Culture Executive, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Human Resources strategy in conjunction Departments Strategic plan & goals.
  • Ensures clear lines of communication exist to disseminate information affecting employer-employee relations, employee activates and hotel policies and programs.
  • Maintains effective communications at all levels of managament and staff.
  • Maintains and updates files on employee records, legal documents and other personnel matters, efficiently and confidentiality.Your experience and skills include:
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
