Job Description

Cluster Talent & Culture ExecutiveYou will perform highly diversified adminministrative duties to support Talent & Culture department in every aspect including Learning & Development. Your role will require having a sharp eye for detail, being tech savvy, creative and funto build good working relationships with all departments and associates and to promote their satisfaction and engagement.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Provide various admin services to the T&C department.
  • Work with T&C systems and databases, manage confidentail information and files with a sense of urgency and priorities.
  • Assist in other T&C activities, such as L&D interventions, ogranization of events andactivities, ovelooking cafeteria, locker rooms and speaking to the associates about their work-related concerns.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Experience in HR. Background in Accor Talent & Culture environment will be preferred.
  • Strong aministrative skills, attention to detail and ability to manage documents and information.
  • Upbeat attitude, creative and people-oriented mindset
  • Tech savvy, confident user of MS Word Applications and Outlook. Previous experience with Oasys and Ines (Taleo) will be a strong advantage
