Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director, you will drive the execution and optimization of the TA function in the region. The role will be directly involved in recruiting, as well as coaching and developing direct reports.Working with the EMEA Director you will deliver key aspects of the Otis TA strategy, including recruiting for key positions, building pipelines, and advancing technology, branding & assessment. Part of the EMEA TA Leadership team you will be involved in leading and contributing to projects in the EMEA region.Role Overview

  • Attract, hire and retain the best talent through innovation and strategic business partnering to ensure staffing according to plan
  • Drive successful execution of our metrics, including time to fill, time to hire, and diversity goals
  • Accountable for the leadership, development and performance of the Middle East/Turkey Talent Acquisition team & function
  • Ensuring that all Stakeholders / Hiring Managers are supported with innovative and creative ways of attracting, interviewing and appointing diverse talented individuals
  • Support the internal and external candidate experience to ensure an effective recruitment process takes place
  • Ensure continual development of recruitment procedures to ensure Best Practice in all areas
Your experience includes:
  • Strong track record in the delivery of office and field talent acquisition in the Middle East and Turkey
  • Capability to recruit directly while coaching & leading others
  • High proficiency in leadership, coaching and development
  • Robust capability in collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
  • Adept at performing well in a complex & results focused international environment
  • Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process in both direct and indirect settings
  • Strong proficiency in resourcing difficult to source roles ranging from lower level technical positions to leadership roles
  • Structured communication & developed influencing skills in English and ideally another regional language
  • Strong focus on execution and results as well as an autonomous, self-motivated and self-starting working style
