Tailors – 5 PositionsWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to create, alter, and repair garments according to customer specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent sewing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Interpret sketches, patterns, and measurements to produce garments.Sew and assemble fabric pieces using sewing machines and hand tools.Alter and repair clothing as per customer requests.Ensure accuracy in measurements and fit.Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and accessories.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety guidelines while operating sewing machinery.Collaborate with clients or supervisors to understand specific requirements.Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.Keep track of materials and report shortages or damages.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Tailor or Dressmaker.Proficiency in using sewing machines and hand sewing techniques.Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.Good eye for detail and precision.Ability to work under deadlines.Excellent hand-eye coordination.Physical stamina and dexterity.Good communication skills.
