We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, altering, and repairing garments to meet customer specifications, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Take measurements accurately and discuss garment specifications with clients.Cut fabric according to patterns and designs.Sew, alter, and repair clothing and accessories with precision.Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and accessories for each project.Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer expectations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and tailoring techniques.Collaborate with designers or clients for custom orders.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Tailor or Dressmaker.Proficiency in using sewing machines and hand sewing techniques.Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in customizing and fitting garments is preferred.
