TailorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Maintain the availability of all necessary sewing supplies.•Report equipment malfunctions to the Engineering department via Housekeeping coordinator.•E nsure bedroom and public area curtains and blinds are in good repair.•Assist with small upholstery issues.•Distribute uniforms for colleagues as requested.•Support the linen room when needed.•Sort linen and uniforms with Laundry Attendants according to repairs.•Notify Housekeeping of damages or missing items in the tailoring area.Administrational Duties:•Complete required reports accurately.•Record daily work in an appropriate logbook.•Track discarded linen in the logbook.•Attend scheduled training and communication meetings, updating monthly training records.•Update attendance registers accurately.•Prepare vouchers for guest clothing repair charges.•Participate in quarterly inventory checks.•Engage in regular briefings.Requirements:•Previous experience in a similar role.•Knowledge of fabrics and their properties.•Familiarity with tailoring and laundry machinery.
