Job Description

  • Actively engages with scoping & estimating activities, including providing resource estimates & capacity management oversight.
  • Supports the scoping of new projects by providing resource estimates that represent the level of effort required to support the projects/initiatives.
  • Manages team allocation by ensuring that each associate has a manageable workload and reallocating resources as needed. Monitoring and managing team headcount to budget.
  • Develop relationships across the organization and listening to the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Cultivate open communication with customers, and business partners in an effort to identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.
  • Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies and development plans for each member of the team.
  • Facilitate cross project/ cross-functional team to develop and implement solutions to address clients requirements.
  • Essential:
  • Solid Information Technology (IT) skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Professional Project Management Certification.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • Practicalexperience:
    • 5+ years of experience in training management in large technical projects.
    • 10+ years of experience in training activities, preferred in high-end IT-systems or similar.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, with 5+ years managing large teams, recruiting talent and budgetary responsibilities.
    • Microsoft Project experience to drive a Level 3 schedule for the training domain
    • Experience in customer relationships with Arabic customers preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Experience with analysis and training methodologies.
    • Experience in remote team management, ability to manage multiple resources across multiple location who are working on complex project and task simultaneously.
    • Experience in leading multi-cultural team.
  • Desirable:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or in related field.
  • Masters degree is preferred.
