Job Description

  • This position requires the Instructor Pilot to take responsibility for the development and delivery of training objectives. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Training Manager).
  • The C295 Instructor Pilot will be responsible for delivery flights training support in flight and on ground.
  • The instructor Pilot also will delivery continuous training for GSAC pilots, in ground school sessions and Flight sessions.
  • The IP is responsible to prepare and delivery to the customer safety presentations and general knowledge about safety rules, navigation, aircraft procedures and systems.
  • Hold an EASA flight license.
  • Hold an Airbus C295 type rating course.
  • Have Operational experience in C295.
  • Have evidence of previous employment as an instructor pilot.
  • Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts.
  • Knowledge of modern educational/training techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language.
  • Additional certification in training (e.g. Type Rating Instructor) is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer, communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplined, multi-cultured team within the company.
  • Have a detailed understanding and proven track record of the application of the Systematic Approach to Training and how it is used to develop training programs within aircraft maintenance facilities.
