What we’re looking for:– Strong experience in Windows Server & Active Directory– Hands-on with IFS ITSM (or similar tools like ManageEngine/ServiceNow)– Knowledge of ITIL processes and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)– Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skillsJoin our team and take the lead in:– Designing and maintaining Windows Server environments– Managing virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV)– Implementing security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies– Administering IFS ITSM modules and automating workflows– Building dashboards, tracking SLAs, and driving continuous improvement
