We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure across multiple store locations. This role requires strong expertise in POS systems, network security, and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in Windows Server, FortiGate firewalls, Hyper-V virtualization, and Cisco Meraki networking. You will be responsible for ensuring zero-downtime deployments, optimizing IT processes, and maintaining secure, efficient system operations across all sites.What You’ll DoAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy across multiple locations.Manage and support ERP systems (Dynamics 365 and GP), ensuring uptime, user support, and smooth integrations.Configure and manage network security devices (Cisco Meraki) and FortiGate firewalls, including VPNs and endpoint protection tools (TrendMicro).Oversee Office 365 platforms, including user management, email setup, and access controls.Support and manage Hyper-V virtualization and remote access tools (FortiClient) for hybrid and remote work setups.Provide tier-2/3 technical support for desktops, networking, applications, and collaboration tools.Supervise junior IT team members, ensure SLA compliance, and manage support operations via remote tools (TeamViewer, RDP).Plan and execute system deployments, migrations, and upgrades with minimal or zero downtime.Manage IP telephony systems (Cisco), CCTV, and biometric access control systems.Handle IT procurement, vendor coordination, software licensing, and AMC agreements.Implement and enforce ITIL-based processes, documentation standards, and IT policy updates.Lead disaster recovery planning, data backups, and business continuity efforts.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.Strong background in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and firewall configuration (Fortinet preferred).Practical knowledge of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.Proven experience in endpoint security, backup and recovery, and ransomware protection.Familiarity with IT asset management, procurement processes, and licensing compliance.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to independently manage IT operations across multi-site environments.Preferred certifications: ITIL, CCNA (expired or active), Microsoft, Fortinet, or equivalent.Valid UAE Driving License – Required.Preferred Tools & TechnologiesFortiGate, Cyberoam, TrendMicro, NinjaOneOffice 365, TeamViewerNAS storage, PABX systemsCCTV (Hikvision), biometric systemsDynamics 365, GP, POS systemsCisco Meraki
