Job Description

The main responsibility is to make sure that a companys sales targets are being met in a satisfactory way. This role is a point of the communication between the customers, Sales team, Finance and Supply chain.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales order (SO) creation in Aurora/Pre-order
  • SO sending to DC for the picking
  • SO packing and dispatch planning with DC/Customer/Sales team
  • Shipping documents preparation support
  • Constant planning/communication with DC, Sales/Finance/Marketing
  • Customer payment tracking
  • Short/damage/excess managing
  • Returns management
  • Regulation compliance
Reports:
  • Export tracker
  • Stock Report
Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • The ability to work efficiently in a team environment or on own
  • Understanding of each of the major Incoterms
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or any relevant field
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Presently in UAE
  • Background or experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
