The team is responsible for balancing the inventory cost with service level as per business recommendation.Supply & Inventory planner is responsible for purchasing of inventory parts from respective vendors for Global aftersales division. This is achieved by periodic release of purchase orders to assigned vendors based on the sales trend, forecast, market information and business recommendations. The purpose of the role is to improve the stock turnover by reducing the risk of excess & obsolete stock.
