We’re Hiring – Immediate JoiningTLM Distribution is urgently looking for a capable and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our Jebel Ali team on an immediate basis. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee procurement-related activities, manage vendor relationships, and follow up on shipments to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:• Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear communication with suppliers.• Raise, track and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) until full delivery.• Monitor shipments and coordinate timely follow-ups with freight forwarders and vendors.• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of consignments to prevent delays.• Support internal teams with procurement-related coordination to keep projects on schedule.What We’re Looking For:• Practical experience in procurement and logistics coordination.• Proven ability to handle vendor management, POs, and shipment follow-ups efficiently.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Proactive attitude and ability to join immediately (preferred).How to Apply:Please include your CV and mention your current and expected salary when applying.
