Were Hiring Immediate JoiningTLM Distribution is urgently looking for a capable and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our Jebel Ali team on an immediate basis. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee procurement-related activities, manage vendor relationships, and follow up on shipments to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear communication with suppliers. Raise, track and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) until full delivery. Monitor shipments and coordinate timely follow-ups with freight forwarders and vendors. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of consignments to prevent delays. Support internal teams with procurement-related coordination to keep projects on schedule.What Were Looking For: Practical experience in procurement and logistics coordination. Proven ability to handle vendor management, POs, and shipment follow-ups efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
