  • Supporting the order review process, highlight customer orders in review status and potential misses ensuring orders are meeting On Time in Full
  • Proactively facilitate and chair meetings to ensure cross-functional involvement in the supply chain process to address challenges within the process/order process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
  • Focus on challenging supply planning parameters, including safety stock, minimum order quantities and optimal production quantities in accordance with targeted working capital targets.
  • Lead Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) supply review monthly meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Support order versus demand gap analysis for financial projection visibility of the business
  • Work with Demand Planning team on forecast concerns and question to improve supply targets based on market demand changes and trends
  • Work with sales, RDA and supply counterparts for key sites on action plan for aged/SAR inventory.
  • Run analysis and draft reports as required
  • Manage projects where required
  • Occasionally requires customer interactions and representing the company in customer calls/meeting.
Qualifications and skillsThe successful candidate will demonstrate a combination of the Leadership competencies, technical skills and experience and personal competencies outlined as follows:                                                                                         Technical Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a high sku/volume or highly complex supply chain matrix environment
  • Preferred experience/proficiency with SAP as an advantage, APO, ECC BI reporting
  • Advanced skills with Excel and analytical abilities
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, forecasting techniques, and operational systems
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or its equivalent in relevant area Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Business, Economics, Engineering
  • 3+ Years Professional experience
  • 3+ Years Industry Specific experience           
  • Have a very strong commercial and market understanding.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus
