Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervises and maintains effective central distribution process & the system knowledge.Fully understand distribution & receiving shipments with all relevant requirement as per e& standards. Following up with PO standards with distribution & shipping to other sections.Important to know 1D / 2D / IMEI / Barcode scanner functions.Able to handle any type of serial & non serial material`s physically & system.Fully understand Pallet?s standards / material`s arrangement / labeling / loading & off-loading Etc.Following with end user section all relevant orders & processing on time.Supervises the safety of employees as well as the security of commodities & physical handling loading off-loading as per policies, standards & directives issued by the e& central receiving management.Follow-up damaged /short deliveries / processing returning to concern section.Attends to all correspondence/queries related to central distributions, transfers etc. in order to relieve immediate superior of routine & day-to-day functions.Fully understanding the system punctions & physical handling materials.Provides professional direction to subordinates evaluates their performance & carries-out the necessary counseling to ensure an acceptable level of performance.Following up with all return material`s & collecting information & forwarding to officer warehouse to move out all non-moving stock.Handling fork lift operators / helpers at the right time & smooth receiving operation.Performs any other related duties as required under officer warehouse.Processes transfer to other warehouse to further enhance operational efficiency.Coordinates & follows-up damaged /short deliveries.Handling all type of BOS materials & system update / conducting BOS review.Prepare and arrange the warehouse for the annual stock take for smooth count as per the e& instruction.Education & Experience1-2 years of general supervisory experience in handling routine, day to-day warehouse operations in a large & prestigious organizationDiploma Or equivalent courseYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
