SHORT DESCRIPTIONAre you an experienced lifting engineer with strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities Join our Logistics Department team in UAE and lead project engineering for operations in logistics, dredging, rock works, and civil works projects.FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONYour role involves analyzing and preparing lift plans for various operations while collaborating with project teams, departments, clients, subcontractors, and authorities. Additionally, youll develop guidelines to improve departmental quality and efficiency and review and approve engineering project deliverables. Mentoring junior lifting engineers is also part of your responsibility, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development. Moreover, youll schedule and oversee third-party inspections, manage vessel and equipment certification, ensure timely renewal, and obtain approvals to support other departments, contributing to smooth operations.REQUIREMENTSBachelors or masters degree in mechanical, Civil, or Maritime Engineering.Minimum 8 years of relevant oil and gas offshore and onshore lifting experience.Demonstrated practical offshore engineering judgment.Fluent in English with willingness to travel and work onshore/offshore.Proficiency in MS Office; basic Auto-CAD knowledge.Experience with ADNOC.
