Subcontracts Engineer/ Sr. Contracts EngineerJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities :•Draft, review, and negotiate the Subcontract Agreements with the Subcontractors.•Ensure that the Subcontract Agreements are comprehensive, clear, and legally sound.•Maintain a database of all contracts & Subcontracts and ensure they are up-to-date.•Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.•Prepare / Manage the Subcontract amendments, notices and terminations / disputes.•Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract management.•Prepare / Review and Monitor the contractual correspondences and ensure the notices are issued, in accordance with the contract.•Provide regular reports to senior management on contract performance, risks, and opportunities.Desired Candidate Profile :•Education: Typically, a bachelors degree in law, civil engineering with contracts experience, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., RICS, Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)) are often preferred.•Experience: 10 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.•Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract conditions, understanding of legal terminology, and strong analytical skills.•Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
