Preference shall be given to a qualified candidate with hands-on experience in the same field and with a strong design firms background.Qualifications: Ability to present Mimar portfolios to clients and secure business growth in the UAE market. Be part of the projects coordination process with all Mimar branches in the MENA region. Mastering of project management process and procedure for different projects typologies including handling of project details with clients, Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Organizing/managing design review meetings, workshops, and reports during design phases.Job Requirements: Minimum BSc holders in architecture or interior design with at least 15 years of experience with 10 Years at least in the UAE market in similar scale firms. Candidates must be available in UAE. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in different typologies of projects in the MENA region. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Excellent presentation and negotiations skills. Excellent contracts administration skills.
