Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with an accredited education provider from the UK who are looking to hire a Student Recruitment Manager to cover Egypt and Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director to achieve the objectives and student recruitment targets across the portfolio.About the roleYour main responsibilities will be to establish and manage relationships with agents across the gulf. This role will require you to work closely with both government and commercial sponsors as well as oversee direct student recruitment.Representing the organisation at recruitment events across the region is key to this position, with regular travel to Egypt and Saudi Arabia.This role will balance student targets along with strict commercial objective to be achieved consistently across the region.About youThe successful candidate must currently work as a Student Recruitment Manager or similar position, preferably with a pathway provider, having at least 2 to 3 years? experience. Experience working with a UK university will also be considered.You must have an established presence in the Middle East or North Africa region, preferably in Egypt and KSA, and have strong relationships with agents.The ideal candidate is a charismatic, energetic, self-motivated and target driven individual. This role requires someone who thrives working independently.
