At Matsbond, our people are the foundation of our success—and we’re looking for bold thinkers and doers who are ready to make an impact.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer to design, validate and oversee the implementation of structural solutions for infrastructure and industrial projects. You will ensure designs meet safety, durability and regulatory expectations while coordinating with architects, project teams and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review structural design calculations, drawings and specifications.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements.Conduct structural analysis and produce technical reports and calculations.Participate in design reviews and value engineering workshops.Perform site inspections to verify work conforms to design and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to resolve interface issues.Review material submittals and approve structural components.Support tender and procurement activities with technical input.Assist in assessing and managing structural risks and change requests.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural design and site supervision on medium/large projects.Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar).Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/Revit).Good understanding of codes (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS) relevant to project geography.Excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills.Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams.Professional registration or chartership is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Exposure to complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.Learning and professional development support.Collaborative, safety-first work culture.Career progression and international mobility opportunities.Health and wellness benefits.Ready to ApplyIf you are a structurally minded engineer who thrives on challenging projects and technical excellence, we’d love to hear from you.Matsbond is an equal opportunity employer.
