Structural DraftsmanJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:•Prepare detailed structural drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.•Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and make necessary adjustments to designs.•Review and analyze structural designs for compliance with codes and standards.•Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.•Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.•Conduct site visits to gather data and verify measurements.•Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to address any design-related issues.•Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and software advancements.Key Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).•Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman in the construction industry.•Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools.•Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and building codes.•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
